Recovery: Foam Rolling & Stretching

Friday 02/26 @ 7PM with Samantha

Join Samantha for a Friday Night Roll & Stretch Session to help you wind down from the week and get energized for the weekend! Samantha will be using RAD Roller products, as well as the large (high density) foam roller we use at the gym, and the Orb (psoas) ball. Use what you have so we can figure out different options and variations to make this practice more accessible to you!

  • Foam Roller, RAD Roller, and/or Orb ball (or anything similar in size and density- we'll use them all)

  • Plenty of space to roll around without bumping into furniture (option: yoga or workout mat)

  • Comfy clothing to stretch in

  • Water or Tea
