Wind down on Friday night at SFS24!

Join Samantha for a Roll & Stretch Session to help you wind down from the week and get energized for the weekend! Samantha will be primarily using the large (high density) Perform Better foam roller we use at the gym. Use what you have so we can figure out different options and variations to make this practice more accessible to you!

  • Foam Roller and either a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, or a baseball

  • Plenty of space to roll around without bumping into furniture (option: yoga or workout mat)

  • Comfy clothing to stretch in

  • Water or Tea

  • Chill music to help you relax
