Signature Barre Class
60 minute full body workout and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
This 45 minute class blends our signature barre focused alignment with interval exercises. It challenges your body with heart rate lifting, full range movement while still deeply targeting muscle groups through high repetitions and smaller engagement based exercises.
Dailey Express is a 45 minute full body workout and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
